    In case of a booking cancellation, you have to provide the resort a written cancellation request. The resort will charge some cancellation amount in this case which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab will be referred to calculate deductions:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
