    In case of cancellation of hotel booking due to any reason, the resort will need a written cancellation request. You have to notify us with written cancellation request in any such case. The resort will deduct appropriate cancellation charges from your booking amount which will be effective from the day we receive your cancellation request. Deduction will be made on the basis of the following slab:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
