This is an intensive four-week study program designed to deepen your existing yoga knowledge and fundamentals. Emphasis is given to how to teach Ashtanga, philosophy, pranayama, alignment, meditation, and anatomy effectively to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.   • Students must have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in any style to enroll as a student and prepare for more advanced personal and professional research on the transforming power of yoga: body, mind, and soul. The body is an impressive expression of geometry and bringing your knowledge of alignment to an advanced level will allow you to work with new and advanced students alike in a much more specific way.

    Certifications
    Students who complete their training before 31 December 2021 are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

    How the training works
    Online live sessions will primarily done via Zoom and sometimes Facebook. You are required to overcome the theoretical and practical tests that are proposed and perform the formative assessment tests, which will be indicated throughout the course, in order to obtain the corresponding accreditation. For good use of the course, the student will commit to dedicating at least two hours to the daily study. Students need to know that for this course, they will be given didactic material protected by copyright. Classes have their established start time that must be respected at all times, hence, you're required to be punctual. A student may request optional reinforcement classes.

    Sessions that are not conducted online will be done through pre-recorded sessions and self-study like PDF. All classes are mandatory, only in the case of an emergency or illness, one can take leave with teacher permission. Uninformed leaves won't be accepted and this will leave a bad impression on student monthly performance.

    Raghav Khantwal ji, completed his Masters in yogic sciences (M.A Yogacharya). Teaching yoga philosophy and anatomy since 2016. He have worked with Doordarshan and Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy under Ayush Ministry as a Yoga teacher. Worked as a TTC teacher in Kunming, China.

     

    Mukesh Singh
    Speciality: Ashtanga Yoga

    Mukesh Singh is a professional Ashtanga teacher .He was born and brought up in Rishikesh and has learned many forms of yoga such as Ashtanga , Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar apart from that he has also mastered in Mantra Chanting and Shathkarma.

    Through his yoga journey he has taken it to internationally he is frequently visiting China , Thailand and other places in Asia. Mukesh favorite quote is: "Inhale the future, exhale the past". He belongs to Rishikesh (the world capital of yoga) and he is a keen learner of yoga since childhood. 

    Ajay Bijalwan
    Speciality: Yoga, Meditation, Mantra, Anatomy & Yoga Philosophy

    Ajay began teaching Yoga in the year 2010 and paid a visit to China as a guest teacher in 2012. He continued teaching yoga in India after coming back, but was invited to California Fitness & Yoga center, in Vietnam, where he ended up spending a period of six years. He conducted numerous Master classes and Yoga Workshops on various topics, during that time.

    About the Center


    The center provides expert training in Yoga asanas, breathing exercises (Pranayama), and focus enhancing practices like Meditation. Students come from different countries around the world to learn Yoga from their international team of trainers. Some of the students who are certified by Rishikesh Nath Yogshala are now part of the trainer’s family too. Many of the trainer's have participated in competitions at world-level and have won awards in different categories.

    The cemer's 200-hour TTC course focuses mainly on flexibility, co-ordination of mind, body and soul and personality development through Yoga. Different techniques will be taught and at the end of this course students will receive a certificate from Rishikesh Nath Yogshala. Students are also taught the science, anatomy and philosophy of Yoga, how to teach Yoga, and also how to understand yoga. Different types of Yoga postures, exercises and practices are taught in this course which focuses on the educational and professional skills about Yoga.

    The center offers world-class faculty with an experience of 15-20 years in teaching professional Yoga. ther center enjoys a high rate of return students, who come back to share their new experiences and sharpen their skills.
